Why rent?

Save time on the hunt. Finding beautiful, high quality pieces for your event can be a full-time job (trust us, it’s ours). By renting, you have access to a curated assortment of heirloom-worthy pieces at your fingertips.

 

It’s good for the planet.

We’ll admit it, there’s a lot of waste in the event industry. Imagine if every person having a wedding bought their own set of votives, or frames, or candlesticks. It’s simply not sustainable. We’re hoping to do our small part in changing that, by renting chic, artful options for your wedding and event décor needs.

 

It’s stylish.

Do you have rental order minimums?

No, we currently do not have order minimums.

How do I reserve rental items?

Just send us a note at hello@arteminastudio.com with your name, event date, event location and requested pieces to get the process started! Need another eye when selecting pieces you like? No problem, we're here to help.

What is your delivery radius and fees?

Delivery fees typically start at $150 depending on location and items requested. Manhattan and Brooklyn are our typical zones, but we will consider the Hamptons, the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas as well. Just send us a note to inquire!

When is payment due?

50% of the total payment is due in order to place a hold on your date for rentals or styling services. The remaining 50% is due 10 days prior to your event.

Can I update my order?

We try to be as flexible as possible as we know needs change. Whenever we can, we try to work with you to switch or add items, dependent on availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Rental orders cancelled 60 days prior to an event will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled less than 60 days prior to an event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and orders cancelled less than 10 days prior to an event will not receive a refund.

What happens if something breaks?

It happens! All items are assessed upon receipt and we will contact you promptly should any items be damaged or broken. Damaged or broken items are subject to a fee of 2 to 5 times the cost of the rented item.
